 On October 23-28, 2011, the director of the NAA A. Virabyan was in Spain for participating in the meeting of the International Council on Archive (ICA).     Especially were conferences of the programming committee and the executive committee of the ICA, forums of the representatives of the National Archives, the International Conference of the Round Table on Archive (CITRA), annual meeting of the members of ICA (general assembly). more>>

Opening ceremony of exhibition in the NAA dedicated to the 150 anniversary of Frityof Nansen

            On November 8, 2011, in the gallery of the National Archive of Armenia took place opening ceremony of exhibition dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the famous polar explorer, Nobel Prizewinner, the great scientist, public figure, devotee of Armenian genocide Frityof Nancen.        The Deputy Prime Minister A.Gevorgyan, Minister of Culture H.Poghosyan, chancellor of the YSU A.Simonyan, director of the Armenian Genocide museum-institute H.Demoyan, director of the foundation of «Frityof Nancen» F.Bakhchinyan, representatives of mass media, archivists and other guests were present in the opening ceremony. more>>
