On April 8-9, 2010 in Moscow, RA, there was an international memorandum donated to the 95th anniversary of ?World War 2 Victory. Representatives from Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, USA, Germany, China, Lithuania were present. Armenian delegation represented director of NAA A. Virabyan. On the next day, April 9th the participants visited the exhibition hall of RA archives, where there was the solemn opening ceremony of the exhibitiona named "The Soviet society and the War in 1941-1945". A. Virabyan had a business meeting with the head of archival agencies in RA Mr. A. N. Artizov and his assistant V. Tarasov.
