From May 20th to 23^rd, 2010 in Odessa, Ukraine by the invitation of the State Committee of Archives of Ukraine there took place the next, 11th Conference of the Eurasian territorial branch of the International Council of Archives (ICA), as well as conference of managers of archive services countries - members of CIS. In this regard, the delegation of archivists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan arrived in Odessa (Ukraine). In the delegation of Armenia there were the Director NAA A. Virabyan, deputy director of the NAA S. Mirzoyan and G. Zakoyan. On May 21, there was the opening conference of the archival services of the countries - members of CIS, in which the participants exchanged information on their achievements during the past year. On the same day there was the grand opening of the 11 conference of territorial Eurasian branch of the International Council of Archives (ICA). On May 22 they hosted an international scientific conference "Universal's archival heritage and national archival collection." There were also many interesting presentations. In the second half of May 22nd there was held another international conference on "Electronic document management and electronic archives”. The main speaker on this topic was director of the Research Center Electronic Documentation V. Nosevich. Choosing the theme was dictated by the problems raised. Speakers presented the experience of their archival services. The next, 12-th Scientific Conference of Eurasica will be held in 2011 in Belarus. Conference papers will be published in separate collection.
