Karapet Bishop Ter-Mkrtchyan

On 23 March 2007, the opening ceremony of exhibiting documents representing the scientific-social  life of the member of Saint Echmiadzin Congregation, priest and talented scientist Karapet Bishop Ter-Mkrtchyan, took place in the exhibition-hall  of the National Archive of Armenia, and also the presentation of the 16th volume of “Documentaries of History of Armenian Church” (book 16), and “Karapet Bishop Ter-Mkrtchyan (1866-1915)”. more>>

“Dialog of two cultures”

On October 5, 2006, in the exhibiting hall of the National Archive of Armenia, the opening of an exhibition  entitled “Dialog of two cultures: Armenian-Russian cultural union in the 19th-20th centuries” took place, which was realized within the frames of the Year of Armenia in Russia, together by means of the National Archive of Armenia and the Federative archive of Russia. Participants of the 7th meeting of Euro-Asian area department of International Archival Council, co-workers of the RF embassy and other guests were present at the opening ceremony. more>>

On 15 September, 2006, after total repair, the exhibition-hall of the National Archive of Armenia opened its doors. The first exhibition, realized within the frames of Armenia-Diaspora, was dedicated to the activity of charity organization of women of Armenia Aid Union (AAU) from the day of the beginning of its activity up to our days. more>>
